Proceedings of the 24th International Symposium on Theory, Algorithmic Foundations, and Protocol Design for Mobile Networks and Mobile Computing (MobiHoc), as part of the 8th National Workshop for REU Research in Networking and Systems (REUNS), pp. 592–594, October 2023.
I conduct computer science research, focusing on the development and exploration of innovative algorithms and technologies.
With my experience in developing algorithms, I find more efficient solutions that run faster and take up less space.
I build full-stack software solutions using a variety of frameworks, including React, Django, and Next.js, and back-end technologies such as PHP and Firebase. My approach ensures robust, scalable, and efficient applications tailored to meet specific business needs.
I have extensive experience with cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS, enabling me to design and deploy scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud-based solutions.
I'm Eddy Guerra John, a dedicated Computer Science student at the University of Houston-Downtown, specializing in software engineering. My journey has taken me through internships at top institutions, including the University of California, Berkeley, where I developed and optimized cryptographic algorithms, and NSF REU programs, where I honed my skills in machine learning and cybersecurity. My passion lies in building efficient, scalable software solutions, with a strong focus on algorithms and system design. I'm committed to pushing the limits of technology and am always excited to take on challenging projects that drive innovation.
